My regular person Madison was not working so I decided to do a walk in. After checking in at the front desk, I waited patiently over 45 minutes and watched as the manager Melissa and Sagan took everyone else that walked in after me. When I asked why everyone else that came in after was seen before me, the manager Melissa rudely and aggressively told me that if someone checks in online, they will be seen before walk ins, even if they check in after a walk in. There was no apology, no attempt to deescalate. Sagan then comes out the back and aggressively asked if I still wanted the haircut! Then stomps off to take a smoke break saying "I'm done with this". These were the two rudest females I have met in a long time.

I realize we are in the middle of a crisis, but there is no reason to be rude. The stylist I received obviously wasn't happy to be working. She would have rather received the $600 federal unemployment bonus than gone to work. A few points: 1) Clean yourself up. The station and stylist were both dirty from previous customers. 2) Look at the order that was placed online. I didn't get what I paid for. 3) Use clean, sharpened equipment. This haircut was painful as hair was being pulled out from poorly maintained clippers. 4) Listen to the customer. I didn't say anything, because it was too late. Felt like boot camp. I was desperate for a haircut. Currently looking for clippers online. I've seen the videos online, better than what I got. Do they still sell flowbees?

I love coming to Sports Clips in Mahan Village. The environment is always nice while you're waiting for your turn and the staff are all very nice and know what they are doing. I recommend anyone in need of a haircut or even a touch-up go to Sport Clips. I usually go once every month and I love to see everyone there and "check in" while getting styled. Thank you for being an awesome place to hang out and look good while doing it.
